Our site for Sony Classics’ THE BRONZE recently went live. Starring Melissa Rauch, Gary Cole, Thomas Middleditch and Sebastian Stan the film opens nationwide on March 18th. Work on the BRONZE comes on the heals of our film site for THE LADY IN THE VAN, for which Maggie Smith was Golden Globe nominated.
It’s been a busy fall here at Mixed Media Workshop. We’ve been lucky to continue our relationship with Sony Classics, launching websites for the incredible THE DIARY OF A TEENAGE GIRL and the Academy Award-nominated SON OF SAUL.
In the film space, look for some exciting news from MMW’s Ben Kopke and Caddie Hastings soon.
Our short film, REUNION, screened at Festival Sayulita in January. It was an incredible experience. The festival was a lot of fun and featured some great films. Thank you again for all those who helped make this possible either through their support of our Kickstarter campaign or donating their time.
Quite a bit going on here at Mixed Media Workshop. Perhaps the biggest news is our plan to shoot and produce a short film in the Fall/Winter of 2012-13. Directed by MMW’s co-Founders, Ben Kopke and Caddie Hastings, REUNION was written by David Mahony (based on a story by Ben Kopke and David Mahony.) We are hoping to fund this project through Kickstarter, with that campaign launching mid/late September.
In addition to REUNION, Mixed Media Workshop is working on a few websites; a film site for Jacques Audiard’s RUST AND BONE (starring Marion Cotillard and Matthias Schoe), as well as a corporate site for KLR Global Search.
This is looking to be a busy fall here at MMW. Much more to announce on all fronts soon, and we hope you can join us in spreading the word on REUNION‘s Kickstarter campaign when the time comes.
